Hi, I would like to see a feature added or maybe just following my viewer preferences. I have all group IMs shut off there and would like that for here. I don't take part in these at all and they are annoying to me. I see there is a Mute button under Groups, but there is no help available for this feature. I don't want to mute/block any groups, just not have their IM pop up over and over and have to keep shutting them down! Thanks

That's what mute button on the group console is for. It will not start group chat for the groups you mute.

Okay, I did go in and mute all the groups, yet I'm still getting group IMs. Any thoughts?

Hi, I think it's the notifications that pop up. I would like to see them muteable as well. They make the whole viewer a lot less... errm... office friendly  |

When you open group info there is checkbox to disable notifications.
