Radar Issues

I updated to .12 today and now my radar shows people 400M from me unless they are in chat range and then it's ?.  Until I did today's update everything was fine.  People more than 100M have always shown up as 400M, but this ? in chat range is new.  What's going on?

If someone is at an altitude of 1020 and higher, Radegast cannot tell how far they are and displays "?". This is a limitation in the data region sends.
