How can I use Radegast.exe behind a proxy?

Radegast should be using your Windows system settings. So if Internet Explorer is setup correctly it should work for the most common proxy configuration.

[12:49] Login error: Error opening the login server connection: The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.
I get the above message.
