So, any instructions on how to use the items under the "Bot" tab in preferences?
Auto sit looks useful, but I can't enter anything into the UUID field!

The way it works is that you enable it, and then in the Objects console right click on an object and at the very bottom select to use it as auto sit target.
I have also now enabled manual entry of the object key. That is available in Radegast 2.8
