Just did a fresh install of OS X 10.11 el capitan. Downloaded the specific required version of Mono and the lastest version of XQuartz. But whenever I try to open the viewer, it keeps telling me to download Mono. Anyone else experience this problem and is there a fix?

I'm having exact issue. It tells me after I download mono, and XQuartz to restart using spoteditor but I have no idea what that is. ~GR

Hi I upgrade to Mac OS and El Capitan This no longer works. Is there an evolution of Radegast software on it?

I see in console the following: 1/22/16 8:54:35.674 PM lsd[312]: LaunchServices: Could not store lsd-identifiers file at /private/var/db/lsd/com.apple.lsdschemes.plist
when launching Radegast ... with SIP now on 10.11 El Capitan forward /private/var is off limits I believe ...

Leaving SIP in place and enabled I installed mono 4.2 stable and ran mono from xterm command line and was able to run Radegast ... notices are glitchy and we'll see what else but can log in ...
bash-3.2$ mono Radegast.app/Contents/Resources/Radegast.exe

Perhaps Radegast can be brought up to date to use current mono? In any case thank you Latif

To folks still looking into this, Winebottler runs Radegast pretty well in El Cap (as well as it ever ran with the specific xquartz and mono installs)
