Radegast 2.18.1466 sending all messages 4 times

Hello! I'm running into a strange thing with my radegast setup. Every chat message or IM or inventory offer I send, gets sent to the other users 4 times. This is happening across both SL users I have set up. I tried re-installing the latest stable version (as of this morning) but it continues to happen. I've also tried removing any RLV relays to no effect. 

Any ideas? Thanks!
